The book “Bread” was published in 1996 by Klotzek Press . It contains a simple rye sourdough bread recipe, black and white photographs of the entire process of home bread making by Andrzej Maciejewski, fragments of Tao te ching  by Lao-tzu translated by Stephen Mitchell, and an introduction by Peter Schumann (Bread and Puppet Theater, Glover, Vermont). The book was printed on recycled paper, the handmade cover paper was produced by Papeterie   Saint-Armand in Montreal.
